Old Payware = New Freeware!

All of my former payware items will soon be showing up here as freeware items (once I figure out what needs updated, fixed, etc for the latest Trainz versions)! This will included former "member's only" items which were available to our Gold Members, and special items which were only available by purchasing some sort of pack (Amtrak, Subway, etc...). So for those of you longing for those "long lost items", your chance is coming!

Thanks ever so much for doing this. I've been wanting the Panama Limited/City of New Orleans ever since I saw it. Unfortunately, by the time I was able to buy payware, the sets were lost to time.

I'm very happy you're bringing them back, and I hope you can update for a new generation.

I've long been a fan of the ProTrainz/Magicland subway content, but unfortunately I got into Trainz long, long after it was possible to procure a few items which never were offered as freeware (to my knowledge) and have been completely unprocurable- the R40S, and R1. Some lucky folks have the R40S but due to having been payware, nobody's been able to share them, and I don't know of anyone who owns the R1- but they both look like amazing models, and I know many folks (self included) would be delighted if Protrainz would make these available again.

As far as things working in T:ANE, all the most recent versions of the Protrainz subway cars seem to work just fine- there are some warnings, but none come up faulty.
I know Paul Weiser is still making TS2009 content, which has loaded fine for me in T:ANE, and it seems to be working out ok for people with TRS19 (I don't have TRS19 yet but I have considered getting the game since it seems to have gotten much cheaper).

Best regards,
Ellie
